Default got more frogs, plus bad news.

So i received my order from Underground Reptiles today, a pyxie, a brown pac, one live ornate, and one dead one.
Im pretty let down, I wanted four frogs and not three. It was also there fault. you can see that story here; http://www.frogforum.net/general-dis...-reptiles.html
I was hoping to egt a replacement animal, but I'd have to put in another order to either get credit for its cost or a replacement. Im pretty let down.

Sorry to hear about the DOA.....bad business.
It's why we prefer to purchase frogs (Or any animal, really) directly from the breeder if possible.......and better still pick it up. I'm weird, I like to inspect my critters before I buy it.

It has been extremely hot in the midwest lately, over the 100s on a lot of days, maybe it was a bad time to get them shipped.

No, they wouldnt have shipped if it was a matter of unfavorable conditions, weather in Florida, memphis and here in Minnesota were at acceptable temperatures for shipping plus the animals were cold packs.
What had happened was that the deli cup tipped sideways and the moss crushed the frog. It looked like a plump, otherwise healthy frog. All of he other animals were in great condition.
