paper towels or coco fiber?

I'd say the frogs are probably happier with coco fiber, since they can burrow. Will he tong feed or eat in a different container? That's what I finally ended up doing since mine would eat the coco fiber too. Took awhile to get her used to it but it's easier on me that way too.

I use the fiber, but I always remove my pacs to wet paper towels when feeding, a little more work, but gives me peace of mind.
