Lol! Perhaps you have one make and one female .

Be sure the heater is deep in the water so they don't burn their toes, ouch.

The heater is in the depest part under their basking rock.

I just got home and walked into my room to see my frogs scurrying away. and the green guy is barking up a storm right now... i hope i didnt just walk in on them... you know. -_- :O
Is that even possible without the breeding process? He is going nuts right now... O.o

Oh yeah, today is feeding day again. weee,

His bark is about the cutest think ever. hah.

Haha! They may still perform the act, shall we say, lol, but it is unlikely the female will have eggs ready yet. They usually require a dry and then rain season. Though, I have never bred my frogs or toads, so I am not 100% certain, lol .

You really did a great job with their home.

As someone looking into raising some fire belly toads in the near future, I absolutely loved reading this thread. Found lots of info in the article section and Kyle4 - that setup is AMAZING!

Lol! Perhaps another would distract him .

A general guide is one frog per 10 gallons of tank size. They stay small so 4 is okay.

I've had fish tanks that I've cleaned that sat outside for years with the calcium buildup on them. I've always just used a razor blade to scrape it off. (as long as its glass) I prefer to not use any chemicals when possible, and this way it can be done even if tank is occupied.

Well.. looks like im going to lose my first choice... bright green guy. he has been really slow and sluggish and not moving since yesterday. im thinking he at a piece of gravel. which i dont see how, but im going to add more larger soft stones in for the other two... i dont know what else to do. tried the pedialyte and honey solution... nope.

Welcome to the forum! I'd be hard pressed to name a frog I didn't like, but FBTs are awesome--very friendly little guys!
