This is for a QT tank, minimalist nonporous decor, and paper towel substrate (changed daily) housing frogs who have had tested positive for coccidiosis (subsequently treated with Metronidazole), also for tanks purchased 2nd hand with unknown history of occupants.
This is for a complete clean and disinfect/sanitize, not just spot cleaning.
Mom to these fine frogs!

I have used Ruby Reef Eco Clean for several years. I have not lost an amphibian or experienced any problems. I believe as long as you are using this or any other chemical according to the instructions that everything would be fine. I have also used wipe out but wasn't a fan. I have also diluted bleach and liked it. Maybe it's just personal preference?
For me my main concern is that I've read bleach does not kill coccidia oocystsI'm really hoping high powered Peroxide will be an option against coccidia, because bleach stinks up the apartment for days (I'm sure ammonia will too) and really messes with my asthma... wouldn't do the frogs any good either :/ Nowhere outside to be able to clean things either, the landlords don't even allow car washing or kiddie pools! (or pets... *coff*).

Zoo Med Wipe Out for the win! Great stuff, gets everything clean and disinfected and I've never had any problems or sick animals using it.
ProRep ProTect here. No issues.
