I would have said there might be a slight scoliosis, but after looking at all 3 pictures......the tail swings to both sides in the photos.....that tells me it is orientation related and NOT a scoliosis issue. Plump that baby up some, it looks fine!

What and how often are u feeding it?
Try nightcrawlers every other day, feeding 2 plus at a time.
That'll put some weight on.
