Hello from Texas! Getting ready for two White's tree frogs :)

I have never kept frogs before but I have always loved reptiles and amphibians and have wanted one as a pet. I caught a wild tree frog in my backyard about a month ago and she was just the cutest little thing ever. I took a picture so I'll put it here. I wanted to keep her so bad but I knew absolutely nothing about keeping frogs so I let her go. After that I just couldn't stop thinking about having a little pet tree frog so I educated myself and am now in the process of building a vivarium.
I decided on the White's tree frog, they seem to be just perfect: nice and big, good for beginners, hardy, and they let you hold them sometimes. Perfect. I bought the 33 gallon / 18x18x24" tall tank and went to work. I'm almost done with the building process, keeping tabs on temperature and humidity (steady 80 degrees / 60-70% humidity) and letting the moss and pathos grow. I've been taking pictures throughout, so I'll be posting a 'vivarium build' thread when it's all done.
I'm going on vacation this weekend so I'm planning to get the frogs next Tuesday. So EXCITED!! I want two blue adult females since they are big and quiet but that might be difficult since I gather that they are fairly hard to sex. I think I'm just going to get the two biggest that they have. I'm hoping the exotic pet store owners can help, maybe they have seen one croak or something. If you have any tips on sexing White's I'd love to hear it. Also, if I should consider anything like color or spots when I purchase them. I know their color changes for lots of reasons but how do I know if they will go blue? And I think the more spots they have the older they are?
