I just saw this posting after replying to your other thread. Since she has no eyes, a barer tank is more appropriate. Limit her tank additions to live/silk plants and sand substrate. The sand will cushion her downward swimming from going for air, and the live plants will offer security and softness.

Nothing you can do for the arm but give it time to heal and try and prevent future injury by changing the decor.

yeah sorry I'll continue to discuss on the old post, I was kinda in a panic when I made this post and now don't know how to delete it. (Ive also posted pictures of the new tank and the frog on the old one)
