For a short time it can go with out a multivitamin. A week or two as long as you're feeding it. Looks to be healthy. I myself have not shipped frogs so I would ask Mike(mikesfrogs) of Mike's Phat Frogs or Jim and Jessica of Ivory Reptiles.
