Whats the best Water heater??..for FBT tank?

I have a 10 gallon tank that I am going to put some fire belly toads in sometime in April. I am wondering what would be the best water heater for that small of a tank? Also a good thermostat for that size tank? Any help would be GREAT!

Honestly I'm still trying to find that out... I'm currently using a 10 gallon tetra aquarium heater.. I'm not all sure it heats anything up that well at all. I have one for a bigger sized tank that you can adjust the heat it produces but it seems to work TOO good. Dont wanna cook my little guys
