Hi Andrew. That's a cute couple . How old are they? As for planted tanks for Dendrobatids, there are plenty of examples over on dendroboard.com. I plan to put some up here in the next few days too.

Thanks Well I got them when they where biggish babies last year around may time. So id say just around a year old.

I'm assuming they are both female, because I have never heard them call (Apart from 1 night many months ago i heard a strange strawking screaming noise from one) ... they are both big and fat and just sit on their bums all day, too fat to climb lol. I'm trying to find a good sized male to put in with them to liven it up a little
