Hi, welcome to the forums! You've definitely got a Toad there, what kind? I'm not positive. I'd guess it's Western Woodhouse Toad, but this is by looking at a list of local toads around Las Vegas. This ones dots look a little darker than woodhouse toad, but it could be the lighting. Hope that helps, I'm sure if I'm wrong about the toad someone else will know.
