Mine does have the yellowish-orange spots on its back though. They are not nearly as vibrant as the spots on the juveniles, but he has them.
Different adults have different degrees of spotting, but the older they are the less they seem to have. Those two adults in the photographs aren't young at all.

If I were to acquire a pet toad, this species would be top of my list!
