I currently feed roaches as the main deit and crickets as a treat.

Oh okay, thank you, so what type of roaches do you feed them? And are they in most pet stores? I have 3 pet stores nearby so I have a high chance of having them.

I feed mine Dubia's and I have not seen any in the chain pet stores. I got mine at a reptile expo. I also see them sometimes on Craigslist.
