Ive had pacman frogs that went dormant and went of food for more than two weeks, burying themselves deep in the soil and not surfacing all on there own.

Provided that the frog is healthy, the temperatures are lowered down and there is a very very deep and moist layer of coco fiber, I really dont think it will phase the frog much at all.
Gee Ra, I guess you missed the part where it said there would be NO a/c running and the house would be in the high 90's then?? Not quite a cooling down, right? And Morgan is right......you think this kid can pull off a forced brumation if he doesn't know simple care?? It's usually dome under supervision at our house anyway.....we monitor them. Mostly because we care if they make it through. This kid also stated that he has done this exact same thing before and the frog died.....pretty sure this is history repeating itself. Personally, I would advise this child to wait until he/she is mature enough to handle the care of a frog.
