I would re-pot the plant in coco substrate and wait at least 2 weeks prior to exposing a frog to a plant that had fertilizer or pesticides on the leaves and in the soil!
ie from home depot. The roots of the plant should be rinsed completely during this process or dunked in a bucket of water. The separate plant business that HD subs out to care for the nursery products uses a product that is exactly like Osmacote. Not something you want to expose your frogs to!
