Guess it depends on the sore however.
The 0,7% saline solution might work in cases.
But if you are dealing with a case of bacterial infection, you might look into using Enrofloxacin,
around here it is offered as Colombo Bactyfec.
You might wan't to consult a specialized vet before using this.
The save solution used for frogs is 0,01mg/gram of frog.
But before using it, you must be sure that you ARE dealing with a bacterial infection, the vet might just help you to know this.
In the meanwhile, saline solution of 0,7% can't really harm you're frog.
