Pixie frog in need or some help! please

i bought a african Bullfrog "pixie frog" the other day and it has a small sore on her belly. they told me to put some saline with out any harmful medications in it. so i have been trying that. is there anything else i can do so she doesnt end up with an infection? also what would be the best food for her? they told me to try baby mice and some gold fish is that it?

You can use Original Neosporine WITHOUT PAINKILLER!!! You must make sure its ORIGINAL NEOSPORINE!! Absolutely no painkillers because they will kill your frog.

the neosporine won't absorb into her skin and cause her to get sick? is the saline a good idea?

Saline is fine as long as its JUST saline and ORIGINAL NON PAINKILLER neosporn is safe as for feeding who ever sold it to you is wrong mice and fish should never be a staple feeder I feed crickets, roaches, and night crawlers I feed more night crawlers than anything else because they are more nutritionally sound hue often you feed depends on age and size pics would also help

We Are not sure on how old she is they said she was a few years old what ever that means. We have been looking at her for about 8 months so she is older then that for sure.

Guess it depends on the sore however.
The 0,7% saline solution might work in cases.
But if you are dealing with a case of bacterial infection, you might look into using Enrofloxacin,
around here it is offered as Colombo Bactyfec.
You might wan't to consult a specialized vet before using this.
The save solution used for frogs is 0,01mg/gram of frog.
But before using it, you must be sure that you ARE dealing with a bacterial infection, the vet might just help you to know this.
In the meanwhile, saline solution of 0,7% can't really harm you're frog.

It is just a small sore under her arm and on her belly it looking like someone was wearing a ring when they were holding her at the pet store and it got caught on her belly. It does not look infected or like any type of bacteria infection and I am trying to make sure it doesnt lead to that. I would upload some pictures but I am not too sure how.

You may need to take her to a herp vet.

What about using derma bond? (medical super glue) on her belly
