lean ground beef for a meal?

Im making tacos tonight and have some 93% lean ground sirloin. My little guys have never taken down a cow, anyone ever feed them red meat?

Personally I don't feel comfortable feeding my frogs with ground beef because you never know what's in it. It may consist of cow guts, hoof, and you name it. A little slice of steak meat IMO would be the better choice, raw, of course.
