    Default Questions about wood enclosure

I know this is a website for frogs, but I would like some expertise on composite wood and if it is safe to use for desert reptiles. I have some sheets of plexi glass I will be using and I need to make a frame for it because it is too thin to stand on its own. I was wondering if using 2inX2in Pine for a frame is enough to be toxic. If so, is composite wood just as dangerous?
