Thanks to all of you for responding! I believe the bulb is the original one that came in the lamp. I bought it when I had green anoles I think. So I can't believe it would have a very high wattage if it came with the lamp made for reptiles/amphibians. I have a 10 gallon tank for him, which I'm assuming is enough since I only have one frog. My light is on the middle of the tank and the light is about halfway down the left side of the terrarium. Thanks for the help!
