Indeed, the repti-glo 2.0's from Exo-Terra have a high light output but low radation, with the necessary cover (plants, hollow log, flower pot) they're ideal lamps for any kind of Ceratrophys.
As for the orginal question, live moss and pothos are fine (allthough this stil gets rooted from time to time), just make sure you have an extra shelter (see above) and that the substrate is about 3 to 5 cms (and upwards depending on the frog's size), so they can dig in.
