I already have two other Giant African Pyxie Frogs. One is a definite male and the other I'm not sure, but I'm leaning towards male as well. Anyways, I'm trying to diminish my reptile collection and got this guy with a trade. He's about 6" SVL. How much do you think he would be worth? I'm just curious. I think I got the better end of the deal... Dig-Dug has settled into his new home already and was even croaking last night.

Sorry for him being a bit messy. He had escaped his temporary bin and got fur/hair all over himself.

Nice looking male! An animal is only worth whatever people are willing to pay. I have seen males go for couple hundreds online but locally I have seen full grown males for less than 75.

Thank you! I know that's usually the case, but I'm not sure what almost grown to full grown adult males go for. I see them go for usually in the $100s, and of course more if they are really big. He's a small guy, so not sure if he's just small or not fully done growing yet. Froggy is definitely bigger then him. I will have to do some side by side shots for comparison. If $75 is about an average price, then I say I did well in trade.
