I have two baby African bullfrogs and I have found them rolled over on their backs. I turn them over and they just flip back over. I have checked my temps both daytime and night time have soaked them in de-chlorinated water. Any ideas why they are doing this?
Thanks, Tigger68240
How are you keeping them? Temps/humidity...decorations, etc.? Are you keeping them together? I know when PacMans flip onto their backs it is a sign of stress. I'm not sure if Pyxies do the same thing...? I've never had this problem with a Pyxie before....
you should see a vet just in case ive owned alot of baby pixies in the past i used to buy and sell them and if there doing that and haveint stoped after a fewdays you MUST see a vet....
allso put them in a bare cage and do a water chang 2X a day untill you see thamstop
Only had one frog flipped on it's back on me and it passed away less than a week later. I still don't know what was the caused, it was a great eater.
