I really can't see anything wrong with the ear or eye but I will say that your frog will slow in activity levels during the winter months. Just make sure your providing the right temps, humidity, light change cycle, and the tank is set up for a tree frog (high accents such as broad leaves, branches, vines and such).

When I see these frogs sleeping on a background or glass I tend to think there is nothing for them to go to since the should be found sleeping in the leaf of a bromeliad or snake plant. Mine even slept on the branches and competed for spots at the highest spots in the tank.

Do you supplement the feedings with calcium or vitamins?
