Ok so I read more about ADF, and it seems like they like to live in groups of 2 or more. So would 2 ADF do fine in a 1.5 tetra tank?

I'm not sure if I would trust tetras, my cardinal tetras like to bite at the eyes of my ghost shrimp. I don't know if other tetras are as nippy though.

ADF are really best housed in a species only aquarium with a small group.

Oops.. I didn't read that right. I think ADF need at least 1 gallon per frog so 1.5 is probably on the small side. I would personally do a 10 gallon aquarium, they're like 12 dollars at walmart and a Whisper 10i is like another 10 or 15 dollars.

It's still a very small aquarium and you've have some room to grow. I just don't think putting anything in such a small enclosure is ideal.

Honestly larger aquariums are much more forgiving than small ones and a micro-aquarium like that would probably lead to all kinds of problems in the long run. You are much safer with a 10 gallon for two ADF.

Ok thanks I'll look into it. The reason I was sorta going for the 1.5 gallon one is because I don't really have space of any bigger

I was also wondering what an Albino Water frog is because at my local PetCo that is what they are called. Is that the Same thing as an African Clawed Frog?

Most albino clawed frogs are African clawed frogs (the ones that get big). African dwarf frogs do exist but they're very rare.

ACF = non-webbed front fingers and eyes located on top of head.
ADF = webbed front fingers and eyes located on the side of the head.
