So, you've decided to keep the toad? IT is somewhat controversial to keep wild caught toads, but that's another topic.
I commented on one of your photos earlier....
As I said then, I would remove the gravel immediately and replace it with fine coconut fiber (found at any pet store) or the forest substrate you already have may be fine if it's not too chunky.. the gravel poses a problem if ingested. It could be potentially fatal.
Next, I would provide a little hide, like a half coconut shell or stone hide, again found at any pet store.
Do you have a thermometer and hygrometer? Those are useful for monitoring the environment. You also need a bowl for soaking.. which looks like you're already getting.
The plants are good and visually appealing so I would keep those.
