New to the Frog Forum, here's my Fantasy Frog, Franco.

There's a trend towards High-green fantasies lately, but I like the Orange .

Great looking fantasy you have. That set-up is so sweet probably my favorite pacman viv so far. Are those real plants?

nice size! he has already got the evil eyes. nice little setup too. I would be wary of moss though while feeding (just a suggestion). The only reason I dont use it in mine is because my frog misses all the time and gets it in his mouth.

He sits in HIS one spot with no moss in front of mouth. I feed by tweezer, anyways.

Yes, all live plants. I am a member of SCAPE...SO Cal Aquatic Plant Enthusiasts. WWW.scapeclub.org
I've been keeping some type of Horned Frog (pacman is gauche) since 1991. Pyxies and darts also. But now, my time is mostly spent on my scapes...but very happy to find a group of froggers, too.

I love the first tank, but they all look very nice. must be an initially expensive hobby to have that many tanks.

Not too bad. Tanks are cheap...$1 per gallon therabouts. If you want to see some awesome scapes, check the site I mentioned earlier. I teach Science(chemical, phys, etc), so I really get into keeping the correct husbandry parameters for each species...flora and fauna. Price comes into it when you decide to go "high-tech"...injected CO2, dry fertilizers, pH, sheeesh I'm drooling just talking about it.

Don't get me started, I may even tell ya about my dwarf shrimp colonies.

I am not a big fan of fish but I am a sucker for little shrimps. I have a ten gallon and I am thinking of making a slate waterfall with background. I want to have freshwater shrimp in there with a few swimmer frogs. I cant do tropical because it is an expensive hobby for me so i am sticking to freshwater. Does anyone remember those little aquatic frogs you can buy at the aquarium stores? I dont see them anymore and I was wondering why.

    African Clawed Frogs.

Dwarf shrimp should be kept alone in a species tank...everything eats baby shrimp.
I keep Crystal Reds, Blue Pearls, and Yellows.
