The arrow mark on the back makes me think Bufo nebulifer (formerly known as Bufo valliceps, the Gulf Coast Toad, now considered a separate species). Give it a few weeks and it should become distinctly more angular. The only other Bufo species in the area that looks even vaguely like that is Bufo woodhousii but it's not one of those and I've only seen them north of Dallas from Denton or so northwards. Allegedly they are present further south but I've not seen them.
