Is most definitely a young juvenile Bufo sp. (toad) Looking at the trademark gold and red eyes, I would vote for Bufo nebulifer, but the patterning on the legs counteracts that diagnosis. The possibility of Bufo americanus ssp is in there too. I am a bit of a novice at juvie toad identification.
