Recently my D. auratus have been behaving somewhat strangely; the female follows the male wherever he goes and they spend a lot of time in the bromeliad.
This as been happening for just a couple of days. There has been some calling, and I thought they might be getting ready to breed.
Then, I noticed a few unusual behaviours that I have never seen before, particularly when they were in the bromeliad.
We decided to get to the bottom of this strange behavior. Today, we peered into the bromeliad, and found the cause of the unusual behaviour.
My eyes probably popped three inches out of my head:

What should I do about it, pull it out, keep it in with the frogs...?
Im quite worried (this is my first tadpole) and need some advice. Please respond!
