I think that is a Australian White Lip Tree Frog. I think these are really pretty frogs and I told that the care was similar to a Whites when I was looking into getting one a few years back. Somebody correct me if I am wrong.

thankyou everyone so glad his going to be okay, just never seen him like this before and its been nearly 4 years with him. and is it okay that his looking like this all thru the day and night? sorry just love him to bit and really dont want anything to be wrong with him
