Weird clear jelly like substance?

I just set up a my terrarium about a week ago. There are no frogs in it yet, but on the grape wood log where water runs there is this weird clear Jelly-like slimy substance. If I touch it slides down the front of the log. It looks like a clear jelly fish or star jelly. Does anyone know what this is? and do I need to worry about it?
