I got a bag of sheet moss from Home Depot by the brand name of "SoilCover". It looks just like the moss I currently use in my vivariums, but considering I got this package from the gardening section, I am unsure of wether to use it or not. It says "Safe for house plants, crafts, and hobbies," but I doubt frog keeping is one of those hobbies. Does anyone else use this and is it safe to use?
Hi,
I would hesitate using it.
It very well could have dyes in it.
Then, I'm a skeptic when something like this says "organic"
I suppose you could email them?
The company may package an inferior product for the 'big box' stores?
