yes they are T5 high output 10k and actinic bulbs but can get 6500k if needed
Too powerful. Could damage the frogs eyes. Is that also UVB? 6500 works well for live plants, but you'll need extra cover for your frog.

I know that live plants have to flushed out for several weeks before putting frogs in contact with them, but would it be ok if i planted the plants in the terarium and waited several weeks to put my frog in ?
No because the toxins flush out into the tank. You have to replant them in new pots with the soil you plan on planting them into and leave them outside for up to 4 weeks. This will flush the fertilizers and other chemicals out. Also be sure you water them with de-chlorinated water.
