If you are committed and willing to pay for his food, enclosure and everything else, then sure, you can keep him!

This is a care sheet on the Green Tree Frogs that will tell you everything you need to know. Any problems, just call out.
Hope everything goes well for you.
If you cant get a bigger cage, get him proper crickets and vitamins and proper care i suggest you release him where he was a lot happier then a small pet carrier hoping a roach and a fly will pass his way.Plus you have no idea what those bugs have on them in them , even though he's wild caught still could be a poison issue parasite issue how much vitamins he's gettin outta his food.It would be a lot better for you to just know and enjoy that he's a part of your backyard habitat and know e's makin lil froggies around there, dont ya think?
Don't feed them bugs you find around the house. Very bad.
You don't know what the bugs have or have been so its a bad idea.
Just check out that care sheet, it will tell you everything you need to know.
