Two of my african dwarf frogs have developed white spots on thier backs. What is it and how do I treat it? Sorry, I'm not sure how to make the picture larger.

What in the water would cause that? My tank is still very new, only about a week old, which I know can cause issues, although I am going to do a partial water change this weekend.

A tank that is not properly cycled is just bad news. Ammonia and Nitrites stress and compromise their immune systems and makes them susceptible to fungal infections and disease. Your frog can't really jump and tell you it's stressed which is why you must test water often. I would test the water and do a 50% water change and use Prime (which nullifies ammonia).
Yes, I have that prime stuff. I did test the water today and the ammonia was high so I added some ammonia neutralizer. I have some tap water that I treated with prime and I let it sit for a day but when I tested it for ammonia it still wasn't at 0. I added some more prime and it still won't get down to zero. Any suggestions as to why this may be happening?
I also used some of that biological aquarium supplement which is supposed to help create the natural cycle faster in a new tank.
