Default white spots on my African dwarf frogs

Two of my african dwarf frogs have developed white spots on thier backs. What is it and how do I treat it? Sorry, I'm not sure how to make the picture larger.

Looks too big to be ich (which I think frogs are immune to anyways). Maybe fungal? Have you tried an anti-fungal medicine? Also have you tested your water? Even if you do cure it and there is a water issue it will just happen again.

What in the water would cause that? My tank is still very new, only about a week old, which I know can cause issues, although I am going to do a partial water change this weekend.

A tank that is not properly cycled is just bad news. Ammonia and Nitrites stress and compromise their immune systems and makes them susceptible to fungal infections and disease. Your frog can't really jump and tell you it's stressed which is why you must test water often. I would test the water and do a 50% water change and use Prime (which nullifies ammonia).
