yeah, doesn't look good...
what meds are on the way? what are you treating for, and by who's advice?
Do you dust the feeders with a calcium powder and vit?
What's the enclosure like? Temp, humidity?
Why pedialyte with honey? Are you diluting the pedialyte?
I'm just really curious...
Looks like it could be MBD (metabolic bone disease)caused by inadequete calcium intake. This can cause lethargy and lack of appetite.
Can you get repti-aid? its a powder made by flukers that is mixed with water and given with a syringe. If these were my frogs, I would try that and do only the pedialyte bath at a one part pedialyte 10 parts treated water OR the honey bath (treated water with a couple drops of honey). change the water for each frog.
You should bring the frogs to a vet, the drive could be made comfortable for them with a critter keeper and damp paper towels (dampened with treated water).

another problem i prolly should have thought about before i got frogs.
