Not trying to be gross but the best description was a combination of white/clear "snot." Some of it looks like skin but this one last night, yuck! But if I can handle turtle poop, I can handle this. LOL Just wanted to know what it was.

Sounds like skin that didn't come off right during the shedding - it can get slimy or dry, depending on the conditions. Sometimes I have to peel it off my African Bullfrog and that's not fun, though he's good about it and sits there to let me do it.
