What is the most expensive pac-man and why are they worth so much money???

I can't really speak to the specifics of pac man frogs, but generally speaking, things are worth as much as people are willing to pay for them. I imagine part of what you're paying for when buying from a reputable breeder is the breeder's expertise, knowing the frog has been well cared for and is in good health, knowing who its parents are, knowing its history, sometimes the rarity of its coloring, etc. You can often buy a cheap Pacman from a pet store, but they don't generally even know how old their dang frogs are (let alone any of the other stuff I mentioned), and they're often in poor health too. I suppose prices might eventually drop if everyone were to stop buying the frogs at high prices, but an immense drop in price might end up putting the good breeders out of business, and that wouldn't be a positive thing for any of us.

Ive sold pacs as low as $7.00 and have seen them sell as high as $20,000.00. Really depends on the color, genetics and what someone will pay for it.

All species have high and low cost morphs. Look at bob clarks pied retics. I saw a pair of babies sell for over $100,000.00

I understand and thank you but a grand for a frog is a little outrageous well at least in my eyes and if that's the case which i intend to do so is breed my frogs but i could neva sell someone a pac-man frog around here for a grand i mean you can go to an exotic pet store which we have tons of here in the Boston area which i love to shop at just because of there knowledge of there pets and how they take care/breed there pets. They are not chains like petco/pets mart/pet express which brings up a topic which made me pretty mad i went into a local petco today to buy some large crickets and i always browse at all the different frogs and i see a green tree frog dead in there with another tree frog in there also the same thing happened to me a couple of weeks ago at the same pet store dead frog while another was still in the tank i mean i said something to them last time but this time i was like forget about it but it honestly looks like they through these frogs in there and don't take care of them which happened to me when i adopted my best bud packie from a friend that got it from the owner which could not take care of it any more so my friend took it and though it would be cute but she did not know that it eat mice so the pac man that i got looked kinda normal when i got him but if you look at my pics the thing was almost starved but yea he is doing better than i have seen him do and i am happy that i saved a pac-man health wise and it did not get into another person that really did not know about frogs. Well that's my spiel about that but i am really interested in seeing a pic of one of these awesome expensive pack-man frogs well thanks for reading and have a great day.
