Please help my pac man

hello everyone. nice 2 meet and know u all

i'am newbie in frog world. i just start keeping pacman frog as pets for 3 weeks. although i keep another reptile like snakes and gecko.
today my friend give me his pac man frog pet to me considering he don't want 2 take care of it anymore, unfortunately it comes with problems and disseased that i don't know what it is.

in its back there is a healed up wound (there is a big soares before but it blow up now,actually i'am not sure its healed up or not)



and his body posture stay like this all the time, its diffrent with my other pacman frog (if you notice there is unproportional bload in its body)


also its butt opening seems wierd, and big


its not eating but its still moving sometimes, its eyes looks ok and it not seem to be weak animal.

please help us to identified the problem and sickness, (i'am living in indonesia) in here i can't really hoping to the vets(no good,they don't really understand about reptiles & amphibians) so i might treat it myself.
my friend put it in the tank with moist coir (cocopeat) as a substarte then the soares comes out, now i put them in the small pet home with only water in the seperate room from my other animal

There are no guarantees here so I'll do my best. The strange body shape is probably due to one of two things: physical injury or an impaction of the digestive tract. Neither is very treatable if it's internal. The thing in the second photo looks like an abscess. In any case I would say this fellow's only hope is to visit a frog-savvy veterinarian in a hurry, but since you say you don't have access to one, I don't hold out much hope for him/her. The best you can hope for is some advice from a vet online.

@john:thanks for the attention john, i would like 2 add that it seems inside the belly is full with an gas/ water so this frog is like a balloon. it will float around when i fill the pet home with water.
my friend treat the wound using ammocyln (he administer oraly) but i stop everything.
what i'am doing now is just put them in very shallow water and try 2 expose it to more sun light now and then in hope 2 regulate better body temperature, i was thinking 2 give it tetracyclin but i fell what the major problem now is its bloated belly so i didn't
