    Default Leopard frog terrarium top

Right now my leopard frog, Spot, is in a 2.5 gallon. This was the only tank I had ready when I found him this afternoon. I want to set up my currently unused 20 gallon for him, but it doesn't have a top. Does anyone know of a simple, cheap top I can make with things I might have around the house? I just don't have $22 right now to spend on a screen top at the pet store. Also, completely off topic, but is there an eisier to contain, less noisy insect than crickets I could use as a staple diet for Spot? I don't think the fam would like having crickets running loose in the house!

Not sure on a inexpensive top unless you have some window screen material lying around.

As for feeders, pet stores can get you wingless crickets. Gut loaded crickets routinely dusted with a calcium supplement should be the frogs main diet.
