Hello again forum. I was wondering if it was possible to get my pacman frog on a specific feeding time. At the moment he only unburrows around 12 or 1 to eat. So is it possible to get him on a feeding schedule?
As always, any help you could give would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

You can use lights on a timer. Have them set to turn on at around 8:00 am and go off at 8:00 pm. The room your frog is in should be dark. Also if you would like him on a specific schedule when your timed lights go off you can unburry his head so that he can see and then offer food. Like people though they do occasionally over sleep![]()
Thanks for the help again Grif, You're now my go to man on pacman frogs :P
You're welcome.
I've found it's best to establish a routine, and thankfully mine seems to respond well to it, during the day I have a flexible hooded desk lamp that I change bulbs in, the daylight one I keep focused on the warm side of the tank with the cool side getting little to no light, he tends to stay under one of the fake leaves and burrows about 1/3rd of his body, then at about 8:30pm or so I change it over to a night bulb and drop in a few crickets, and like clockwork not 5 minutes after it's on, Jumbo's out and munchin on the little buggers, then at 8:30am when I get up, I turn off the light, he moves right back to the fake plant leaves and just hang's out there till the light get's changed again.
Ok, I'll try to start him up on a schedule. Are dimmers hard to find or are they at Wal-Mart/Home Depot?
