    Default Question About Red Leg

I didn't know what category this would go in but...Is reddening of the legs always a symptom of Red Leg? Also, does this symptom appear right away?

Not always. Some frogs just naturally have redness in their legs even when they're healthy. Sometimes a little red can indicate slight irritation or something unrelated. And on the flip side, a frog can get red leg without necessarily turning red. It's really unfortunate I always recommend bringing a frog in question to a vet...they will know best.

Well I'm sending some samples in to get tested for Ranavirus and Chytrid. Are there any other major life-threatening diseases to be aware of in amphibians?
