    Default Spadefoot Savior

    Here's the story. I found all of these guys/gals on the brink of death. They were probably minutes away from totally drowning. I found them trapped in a pool skimmer. Some recovered faster than others. Some were VERY bloated and it took about 5-10 minutes for them to fully get back to normal. There were more here, but some had already left before I could take pictures.

    I am also glad to say that each and every one of them made it.

    I believe they are all Scaphiopus holbrookii.
