Also what are you feeding them? You may want to try frozen food like mysis shrimp or bloodworm to try to coax them into eating. Pellets are not the most appetizing food for these guys but they eventually eat them. Could try to rile them up a bit with frozen food, it would get them in the mood to start eating just don't over do it.
