    Thanks guys!

Soaked him in a good 'ole diluted pedialyte soak and he's looking better already . His sides are less, shall I say 'wrinkled', for lack of a better term.

Here's a picture of his very simple home for now. Nothing fancy. Better than the 12x12x18 they had all 5 in . Hopefully he'll destress soon.

Ah, yes... I do believe I heard a red eye croak from in the other room. He'd be the only red eye in my bedroom right now. Can't mistaken him from Bruiser's big 'ole pacman croak, ha ha! I'll wait to see if I hear more, but I think he's a male.

More pictures to follow, when he's less stressed. Sorry it's a dark picture.

I purchased him from my local Petco. They never have retf's. One of the girls there has said in the past that every time they get them in, they die within a month so they quit carrying them.

Jee, do you suppose it would be the squeezing them into that little tank? Or the 50% humidity causing their dehydration? Or the lack of hides and the having them out on a endcap with a bright florescent light over them and no side covers to comfort them? The moss? Or perhaps the not-so-smooth plants? They just got them in but they are all skinny and dehydrated . Poor babies. But, one will be saved and I will try and pleasantly teach them how to care for the others. Wish me luck! I'll be going up there tomorrow (crossing fingers).

Here is a quick picture of my skinny little guy. Hopefully he'll eat tonight.

Ah, how I wish I had a nice sun room for my babies. Perhaps in the future.

He is not so terribly skinny !

Heath ! Check it out ! Here's my little deram ! I want to plop this right in the house somewhere !
    http://minicontainergardens.com/mini-greenhouses

I might even get away with mixing agalychnis species !!!!!!!!!
( It's not that I am without a devoted respect for our fellow FF friends)

BUT it would be large enough ! ! Imagine that ! Big enough for a potos or two. A misting system! Think of the window painting you could do! We could get two! We could even get the plumbers involved for a drainage system!

Have a great Day ! I have to go check Saturdays Lotto # lol

I hear ya! I shouldn't even walk over to that section of the store, ha ha! They are just such beautiful frogs .

Yeah, he's not too bad. He looks quite a bit better after a good soak. I think once he starts eating he should fill right in. He reminds me of how thin Twigs was when he came home. I can see his little shoulder bones when he opens up.

    Thanks mrzoggs .

Froglover27, I hope you can get your red eyes some day . I really love mine. The sound of the crickets chirping and the waterfall running is so relaxing. And seeing these cute little bright-eyed babies hop around singing pretty little songs is awesome . They really are so pretty .

Wow Lynn! That is amazing!!!! Name: ImageUploadedByTapatalk1341234947.420114.jpg
Views: 355
Size: 51.9 KB I wonder what the square footage would be like. They would be so happy in something large like that. You could even do a simple watering system like greenhouses have for plants, like the overhead PVC systems. Though you'd have to create a dechlorinating system or holding tank. But people living outside of city water areas have holding tanks, so I think it'd actually be easier than it seems .

Check these out too! I really want one

I've been trying to find a curio cabinet to convert that isn't too expensive. I figure $500 vs. $200+ is worth the work. Still looking, but I'm sure I'm going to do it . I'm looking through craigslist and the local paper to see what comes up. The furniture stores here want near $1000 for a 8ft tall x 18"front to back x 24" wide. Great dimensions, but I'm not sure I want to pay quite that much. Especially since by the the time I silicone every corner and seem plus modify the top to protect them from the lights and then add the background , plants and waterfall...I'm estimating another good couple hundred. No worries, I'll do it though . Just have to look for a good sale .

Im sure you could find a piece of cheep furniture on the side of the road or online and just do it up.

My dad found a cabinet on the side of the road, sanded it, new doors, varnished, the works and now my vivarium sits on top of it!
You don't have to spend big bucks.

For my next viv, im going to use an old vertical cabinet!

I am going to look at a curio today...wish me luck! This is a photo from craigslist. If it's not too expensive, the equivalent of 100 gallons or more, and if it looks as though I can convert it... In the car it goes . Hardest part will be of I can add an area of screen for air flow. If so, Then it's off to value home center for lots of great-stuff foam and silicone .

So, Angel (we named her today) is hanging in there.

Still several spots needing healing, but she has turned her nice light green again.

After a good soak and a cricket (still having to feed her), she lifted up her head, walked around the tank a bit, and climbed onto the glass a few inches up. It's nice to see her with a little bit of strength.

She's got the cutest little face and such bright red eyes. Her eyes look big for her little face.

I did not take any new pictures. I am sure she is stressed enough. Perhaps in a couple days.
