I have two Australian white tree frogs, Alex and Avery. My frog Alex I have had for about 3 years and Avery for about 2. I have them both in a vertical terraium. Recently I have been away from home for the past couple of months and have not had a chance to clean the tank like I should. I was cleaning tonight and noticed that Avery is extremely thin and he is staying mostly at the bottom of the tank, he is eating a little, mostly lethargic. I noticed spots on the top of him close to the head, they are a lighter green than he is. I know something is wrong with him but I am not sure if it is a parasite, red leg or a bacterial infection. If anyone could take a look at the pictures of him and let me know what you think and could recommend a good vet in the new orleans area that could help I would greatly appreciate it. I also separated both of them I did not want to risk giving it to Alex. The first photo is of them a year ago, avery is on the left and alex on the right. The next picture is Avery now, he has been like this for prob a couple of weeks but it has not been noticeably this bad until now. Any help would be appreciated.![]()
