Is this normal?

One of my two Hyla cinerea's is a very avid hunter. He practically inhales his crickets. But my female eats maybe like one or two, but spaces them out. Is it normal for her to be a little lazy when it comes to hunting? And is it ok to let the crickets roam at the bottom of the cage? I'd forget to feed my frogs otherwise.

As long as you dont see a significant drop in weight there isn't anything wrong with letting them free feed. As long as you make sure she gets some and the male dosn't just take them all.
