After watching video, I tried to find more info on the "Waterfall Toad" and it's feet with opposing thumbs; but came out empty handed. Links to any other information on subject are appreciated. Thank you!

The waterfall toad is known as Oreophrynella macconnelli. This species is found on Mount Roraima, a tepui on the border between Guyana and Venezuela.
